The ROC-50 Rate of Change Load Control monitors true motor power by sensing volts x amps x power factor — delivering far greater sensitivity than current-based monitoring alone. With two independent adjustable set points, the ROC-50 provides dual-layer protection: the Rate set point limits sudden increases in load regardless of total load level, while the Max set point limits total load — catching both rapid load spikes and sustained overloads before they cause equipment damage. Featuring a built-in digital load display, 4–20mA analog output, and three reset options, the ROC-50 is a complete, flexible motor protection solution for motors up to 50HP directly, and up to 500HP with an external current transformer.
