The PMP-25V Pump Load Control with PH-3A Power Cell brings the industry-benchmark pump protection of the PMP-25 to variable frequency drive applications — combining true power sensing with the ultra-fast response of the PH-3A Power Cell Transducer for complete, accurate pump monitoring across VFD-driven installations. Unlike conventional current-based sensors, the PMP-25V measures true motor power — giving you a faster, more accurate picture of pump health in real time, detecting dry running, loss of prime, cavitation, jammed impellers, and bearing wear the moment they develop and responding before equipment damage can occur. The included PH-3A Power Cell Transducer is purpose-built for ultra-fast response to load changes in variable frequency environments, with no PTs or CTs to install — self-contained, non-invasive, and installing directly at the motor control panel without process interruption. With two independent set points for high and low trip conditions, a built-in digital load display for real-time operator visibility, and a 4–20mA analog output for seamless integration with SCADA, DCS, and data historians, the PMP-25V delivers both active pump protection and continuous process intelligence in a single unit. Compatible with mag-drive, sealed, positive displacement, and centrifugal pumps across chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and water treatment industries.
