Clarifiers and centrifuges in water and waste treatment facilities handle some of the most variable and unpredictable loads in any industrial process - sludge density, solids content, and flow rate all fluctuate continuously, placing constantly changing demands on drive motors. An undetected overload or mechanical binding can destroy expensive drive equipment and take critical treatment capacity offline.

Load Controls' power sensors monitor the drive motors on clarifiers and centrifuges in real time, detecting developing overloads, jam conditions, and abnormal load patterns before they escalate into equipment failures. Because our sensors measure true power rather than just current, they catch mechanical stress conditions that conventional protection misses. All sensors are non-invasive, install at the motor control panel, and are manufactured in the USA to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
